Rules & Deadlines

We have three tiers to our submission dates. The earlier you submit the lower the fee as it gives our judges more time to judge the films. Please  visit our Filmfreeway Page for all the dates and prices. ALL films to be submitted through FilmFreeway.

The following are the rules for submissions:

  • Super-Shorts must be under 5 minutes
  • Shorts must be over 5 minutes & under 45 minutes
  • Features must be over 45 minutes
  • All films must be based within horror genre
  • Films in languages other than English must have English subtitles
  • If submitting a DVD/Bluray, please note they will not be returned
